FOX FLOAT not EVOLS

Found a good deal on some FOX FLOATS. I am currently running some revalved and resprung stockers on my LTR, although I am pretty satisfied I plan on sending them to GT Thunder this winter for there revalves. My question is would FLOATS be better than revalved stockers or even some TCS? I had TCS long travel on my c-dale and liked them OK. I am just not into racing quite as much as I was back in the day.
Can someone give me some comparison. I have researched them here and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.

The Float shocks are more of a recreational type shock. I would think that the GT Thunder revalves would far exceed the performance the Float shocks will offer.
