anyone ever heard of going up a tooth in the front and droping two in the back. I talked to a guy today that said that was the hot ticket...i have no idea if it would be worth it or not. any ideas..

i know on teh 250R changes with both sprokets as you explained make a considerable differnce. i havent hear a bunch of folks doing that with the 400...just the front sproket change.

That is what Duncan Racing Recommends it gives a lot of top end power, you do lose some bottom end torque though.

you will have alot of top end. i wouldnt recomend doin it to a stock motor. if u dont have a worked motor id only do one of the sprocket changes.
