velocity filters

i just got my alba in the other day and it came with a velocity filter and outter wears this filter any good or it like the k & n ive been running stock and its about shot so i was wondering before i installed the velocity thanks

velocity filters are sweet! Does yours have like a filter on the inside? It kinda makes a cone shape inside of it
