When I had mine out, I had chicken noodle soup and let it cool down before I ate.

did it hurt to chew it? or did you basically just swallow it?

I lived off pints of mashed potatos from KFC, when I got mine out.
A forty mg of O.C. helps once in awhile too. ;)

You can eat scrambled eggs, mashed potato's, mac and cheese, ground beef or chicken. Try not to eat anything
too hot and stay away from carbonated drinks for at
least 24 hours, also do not gargle for 24 hours either.

I hope that helps. Michele

I got the kind that had the small circle noodles instead of the strings. It made it alot easier to swallow.
