no not really. ive seen a many of trucks go to 200,000 with no problems. the biggest factorl is how its been drove and taken care of.

A GM 350 will last 200,000 miles, I had one that had 185,000 and ran like it was new.

If it has been taken care of 130k is no big deal with most trucks. I have a 98 dodge dakota with 145k and it still runs great and looks decent. I have had to do some minor work like brake lines, calipers, rotors etc... but nothing too major. Just stay away from ones that are already modded for offroad or have a plow.

Not At all, I just bought an F150 Super Crew with about 109,000 miles on it, it was BONE stock...here it is a month later...

if its diesel it will run forever the body will fall apart b4 the engine does. YOu cant kill a diesel engine.

130K is not bad if it's in highway miles, and the previous owner was not a lead-foot. I say look it over real good, and beware of new tires on the front.

It all boils down to who owned it and how they drove it. My first truck was a ford ranger 4cylinder with 135K on it, ran like a charm.

One thing with buying a vehicle with that many miles, you have to go into it expecting to put money into it though.
