How Can I find out if my steering stem is +...

I have a houser steering stem im trying to find out if its a +1 or anything, theres a houser clamp as well.

find the measurements for a stock stem and compare them

OK, stand on either side of your bike, take a tape measure and measure from the tank cover to the middle of the bottom of your steering stem(before the clamps). A stock one will measure 2". If it is more then you'll know if it is an extended steering stem. I hope that helps.

wait where am i measuring to? from the tip of the tank cover to where?

Just measure from the front of the tank cover to where the steering stem meets the clamp.
