that shock will wok it has a remote rezzy...it is off of a 2001 raptor

Ya, that shock must be off an 01' model the 02s and 03s have a piggyback rezzie and thats the reason they wont fit on ur 300. I just put the raptor rear w/ 400ex spring on my quad a few days ago.
