I didn't see a 426 kit on LRD's website. Does anyone know
if they have one? I'm sure they can get me the piston....just
wondering if they have a "kit". I could call them but I'm hopeing
some of you have experience with their kits.

alls it is, is a piston for .120 over. U can get that at your local bike shop.

Ya, but I'm looking for a "kit" I was hopeing that they would
have a cam, carb., pipe combo. that has been tested on there
bikes.

they will use the same stuff as a 440, the only diffrence would be the jetting...if you want to know more just ask

Call TC Racing and ask about a 425 Kit. He really likes the 425 and could get a nice setup for you.

yeah i think the 425 is a very good kit, i know i like mine...one hting i have to say is never under estimate the power of a good carb...it adds alot!

Do you have to change the Jetting a lot on yours to make it run right, or can you just stick Jetting in there for Spring/Summer/Fall and then maybe only have to change for the Cold Weather?

no Lectrons have no jets... its awesome
the only thing you really have to adjust is the idle!

Oh heck I thought you had a FCR. So you really don`t have to mess with the Carb much? I`m just no good at the whole Jetting thing and messing/figuring them out.

i was going to get an FCR then some kid came into the store and wanted a stock 400ex carb he said hed give me $200 for one im like OK ran home and ripped mine off and gave it to him then i took a lectron cause we usually stock a few of each but the new FCR's werent ganna be there for a few days and it was a friday and i was going to race sunday...anyway...it works so good!
i rode my friends bike then mine then his then mine and i truely like mine better....

Yeah when I talked to Tom he said for XC he wouldn`t run a Lectron most likely he would choose something different like the FCR.

I've got a couple of buddies that know arlen and they can get me a good deal so I'd like to go with them. I was just wondering if
anyone had any experience with them. Maybe it's just a west
coast thing??

I got ahold of one of my buddies this morning so hopefully he was
