This is a 2003 continental cargo toy hauler 24' x 8.5'with a 6' 6" ceiling (extra 6”). It has a ramp door, beavertail, roof A/C, aluminum roof, {4} D/C ceiling lights, {2} 4' fluorescent lights in the cargo section, {2} roof vents, white vinyl walls and ceiling, {2} 120 volt circuits with outside hookups {one for each compartment} and is fully insulated.
It is divided into {2} compartments. A 13' rear compartment with {6} floor rings and {1} wheel chock, tool box, {2} 24" x 24" sliding glass windows with screens.
The forward living quarters is 11' 6'and has cabinets and counter top , sink , microwave , bath with shower and toilet , bunks, {2} 12" x 24" sliding glass windows with screens, a vinyl tile floor and a 32" RV door and screen door . The hot and cold water system consists of a 120 volt 6 gallon hot water heater, a 30 gallon fresh water tank, a 30 gallon gray water tank, a 12 volt D/C on demand pump and an 12 volt D/C automatic shower sump pump, 30 gallon black water tank also is included.
Reese adjustable load leveling hitch, with a Reese anti-sway bar and spare tire is included.
New tires and brakes.
The curb weight is 3500 lbs and the GVWR is 7000 lbs.
