what setup

i want to get my shocks revauled but i dont know what setup up to get because i ride mostly trsil but sometimes i go to the track. i would get the xc setup but i am to afraid i will bottom out when i go to the track.

i assume your talking about a 400ex...

and if you want to revalve your stocks.. forget about it because its impossible

i have 450r fronts and the rear shock can be revalved

ooh,, i didnt know i was jsut going off of your profile,,

in that case i would have your shocks valved for xc,, i would imagine they should hold up just fine on the track... and since your primarily trail ride that should be the perfect set-up...

but i would talk to colby for a second opinion
