• 04 Houser 250R frame and sub frame
• lagger pro trax complete front end (t-pin) steering stem, a arms, tie rods etc
• tag handle bars and grips
• Houser swing arm (NO LINK) NEW bearings
• Elka suspension on front
• Axxis on back
• Rad axle carrier NEW bearings
• Lonestar axle
• LTR 450 rims and tires w/ ½ tread
• YFZ quad motor 3 mo old
• New cases, 06 crank, all new bearings, seals and gaskets
• New Wisco piston w. 13:1 compression
• New stock cylinder
• Ported and polished head (by CFR racing)
• New stator
• New spark plug and boot
• K&N Air filter
• Dual braided brake lines front and back
• 250R brakes
• Kick starter kit (no starter)
• Cam modification done
• Bill balance pipe (cut down)
• K&K graphics w/ seat cover
• New rear plastic
• New impeller shaft and seals
This quad is very fast and should be ridden only on the track. It has 2 welds on the frame: 1 in the front fender bracket and 1 on the sub frame where it meets the frame. It started to come loose so went ahead and welded it.
I have receipts for most of the motor work. There are no other welds or cracks on frame or sub frame. There are no oil leaks. The Elks are about 9mo old and the Axis was rebuilt at the same time.
