New front tires

i got 20 inch razrs for the rear, what should i get for the front 20's or 21's

21" Razr 2's for the front.....I run 22's and they are a tad bit big

21's up front with 20 rears looks really good but do smaller tires up front do anything besides save weight and lower clearance / total height?
