replaced clutch may have problem

i just replaced my clutch and now i have very little lever pull the disc's are moving but not alot and only a small portion. clutch is hard to pull. the last time that happened i replaced the cable and it was night and day. all of the fibers and steels are in there correctly. it looks as if only a quater of the clutch pack is moving.

Did you leave a washer out between the push rod & the clutch cover ( where the springs bolt In)? Can It be easily adjusted with the threaded part of the cable? Might just be knormal adjusting as the clutch was wearing, now that Its been changed the clutch pack Is thicker. Did you maybe put one to many steel disks or clutch plates In?
