Can i use this needle?

hello, i will be buying some main jets soon and i was wanting to know can i use this needle? http://www.magicracing.com/Keihin-66mm-Needle--PJ-PWK-Carburetors_p_717-1417.html
I live in Oklahoma at 800ft above sea level. I will be putting a HRC lid and tail pipe in and i was wanting to know what main jets should i buy 170-190? Are these the right main jets?? (http://www.magicracing.com/Keihin-Hex-Main-Jets_p_717-59.html) and i read that a lot of people run 48 pilots and 50 pilots which one should i get? i will appreciate any help and sorry for another jetting question i just don't want to buy the wrong stuff.

i guess i need to use the HRC needle but i cant find any place on the internet that sells just the needle....were is the best place to buy the HRC needles
