Check out the 3 wheelers I built for my 2 oldest boys. We MX race them In Ohio. We also go to Trikefest In Indiana every year In June.

The first Is a modded 86 250-R frame with a 03 CR85 engine. The ATC 85 will run with a 250-R In a drag race. It's pretty RIPE. I used a 88-89 TRX swingarm to shorten up the wheel base.

If you check out (Moto lenz photos.com) you can see some real nice MX action shots of these machine's gettin some nice air. Look under Trikefest Mid size suspended In the quick link photo's..

Here Is a picture of the little 60 I built my 10 year old. This was a 1983 CR60 when I started. I made my own swingarm with some 200x parts & lots of Yamaha tri-zinger parts.

He learned to ride a 3 wheeler when he was 3 years old & Is still kicken BUTT on one today. He Is soo much fun to watch on this thing. The 60 runs about 1 1/2 bikes behind the little 85 In a drag race. If you check out Moto lenz photos. com you will see some sweet pic's of the 2 boys beatin & bangin on each other at trikefest In the MX races. The 60 has about 8"s of suspension travel front & rear & the little guy uses It all.

We race them at Smith RD In Medina ohio. The 60 has not been their yet. It should be there on Labor day. My boy raced a Tri Zinger In the JR mini quad last year. He finished 3rd. The zinger did'nt have enough top speed, so I built the Cr60 3 wheeler to be more competitive. My 12 year old ran the 85 In the senior mini quad class last year on labor day. He got a first overall with 2 second place finishes. I have raced on sunset ramblers flat track with my 3 wheeler & also ran a real muddy hairscramble there also. I hav'nt ran the MX track at sunset yet though.

I knew they raced them at sunset on the flat track, not sure about MX.
We used to race there with a shifter mod in the small bore class and the CR80 was competative.Another boy had a similar quad and won most times we were there.Good luck and be careful!
