help adjust. p.e.p shocks

[stealth400ex]

just got a new quad wit pep and need 2 now how to adjust them. i have had every shock basically but the p.e.ps the dile seems 2 spin around forever.

if i turn the compression knob out does it sofen them or make the suspension stiffer

and the rebound. if i turn it to the right does it make the rebound slower or faster.
