Johnnys in the Hospital

I just found out last night Johnny Hale is in the hospital. His quad died in midair and looped out. He jumped down from 15 ft and broke both legs. His left leg is broken in 8 places below his knee. The right ankle is shattered and right leg is broken below the knee as well.

His T-pin front end is bent back 1-3 inches. They said the quad went straight down.

Johnny will spend time in a wheelchair and miss alot of the 2003 seasons.

Johnny will be in the hospital for another week or so for rehab. As far as JH racing is concerned, if there is something you need, I know he would appreciate your business. If you are willing to wait till next week, great! If you need something sooner, let me know and I will see what I can do for him/you as far as parts and such. I also think there is someone answering the phones for him at the shop, but not sure on the hours. See you at the races.

Yes, it happened in Tulsa at Extremeworld last saturday during the practice before the race. I think his sister and grandpa are answering calls when they can for the business, but I know there are some TQRA guys that order from Johnny so I will try to help with that also. Don't worry, he will be back. He is already trying to decide what his new ride will be for his comeback!

He's already used and sold a yzf quad. He didn't feel as fast on it.
I am speculating a CRF in johnny's future.

WoW, don't know the guy but that realy sucks!! ~Get well~ I broke my arm over the summer snaped it all the way in half the skin was holding my arm on!! It sucked real bad I couldnt imagin havin both legs all casted up!!!:( ;)

yea thats garth kaufman in slednecks 4. really nasty break he hardly rode all last season. im not sure if he is even in slednecks 5. i know he's gonna be back this season and is gonna rip it up.

i was jumping the driving and in mid air the dam thing ran out of gas , nose dived pretty bad, but what if that was on a bigger jump...........
