Anybody know how to get pictures onto their cell phone from their computer

hey i have a slvr l7 cingular/ at&t if thats needed its the phone with itunes and im wondering if i can take a picture of my computer and put it as the background on my phone

if you don't have the wire, that goes from it, to the computer.. you can text it to your email

just plug it in and use it like a usb

i think i burned it onto a disc but i got my phone plugged in via usb cord and i wanna see if thers anyways i can send it to my phone this is the pic

Goto myxertones.com and upload it there then send it to your phone.

plug your phone in the comp,

go to my computer, go to the device, youll see it.

open the file in there u want the pic in, then just drag the pic from wherever it is, into that file on your phone.
