i found a new spot thats really nice to ride so i think im gonan be riding again like i used to with the guys i used to ride with and am looking into getting a 450r but im a smaller kid. im only 15. maybe 135-140lbs. i was just wondering how hard is it to kick over a 450r? how hard when its cold cause i do alot of riding in the winter?

mine usally takes bout 2 kicks . hot or cold

its easy. Im 12 and 108 pounds and i can usually get it on the 1st kick. it never takes more than 3 kicks

yeah reall easy to get, hot or cold, but try not to flood them. but i also weigh like 218 and i am only 14

and dont call me fat, haha

They kick over easy IMO. Unless there is a problem, mine starts up first, or if not, second kick every time.

1st kick every time sitting or standing

word of advice when you kick it over try it with the back of your heel that way ur leg goes forward dont kick it with the tip of your foot it will slide backwards and the kicker will come back and hit your leg i found out the hard way after a bruised leg

once you get the hang your gonna love it i still dont know why people love electric start so much

It starts really easy as long as the valves are adjusted properly.

Its very easy to start them. Once you get the hang of it is right.

Some of my freinds have problems cause they try to kick the hell out of it. Just a nice smooth kick and its running 1st-2nd kick every time.

I only weigh 135 and my 200x 3 wheeler was harder to start.
