XC running...

Ok, so I know alot of you run to train for races...

My question to those of you who do it offroad is, what shoes are you wearing...

Im currently training for my XC running team at school...and i need a new pair of shoes...im wearing some old nike's right now..

I really want a good, high quality, long lasting pair of shoes to wear that wont hurt my feet to much...

Any input is appreciated...

the best part of getting a shoe is getting something that fits YOU. we can comment on what we like and quality, but saucony is a great shoe and lasts a long time, but NB is the only shoe i will wear cause it fits me.

they do make shoes that have a wider base and more of a 'cleat' feeling on the bottom which is much better for xc running.

there are companies out there that will take your old shoes and look at wear patterns and all and suggest the best shoe for you!
