big gun evo X

whats the story on the big gun EVO X slip on? I already have a dr. d exhaust but kinda want a new one. Iv'e already had an HMF so no more of those. I have a hotcam stage 2 also so should I get a full exhaust?

there was a guy at the race last weekend that had a big gun evo exhaust on his 450r and it souded like crap. i dont know if he had the spark arrester out or what but it sounded weird. but i did hear one on a YFZ450 and it sounded real good so i think that that guy with the 450r had something done to it trying to make it louder making it sound like CRAP.

thanks twisted. i remember hearing the regular bug gun exhausts back in the day on 400ex's and I thought they sounded better then anything in the world. are the evo X's kind of similar to that tone though?

your welcome. yea i remember them too. they sounded awesome. i think they might sound a lil different because of the way the silencer is shaped compared too the older style. but i am not 100% positive on that. but the one i heard on a friends YFZ sounded great. in fact it was chris earlywine's YFZ450.

I have one on my 06 and it's a good exhaust, i have the complete system though just not the slip on and have not had any problems with it, and i think it sounds better than most others. I was going to buy a Sparks because i heard good things about them but thay were on b/o at the time i was going to buy so i bought it and it's held up great.
