What is the loudest exhaust out there? I don't care about what gains you get out of it. My friend wants to know what the loudest is for a 400ex.

tc racing exhaust is hella loud i think they make it for a 400ex

i have a tc shorty on my ex and its realy loud. my one neighbor thinks its bad arse and my other neighbor hates me now.

The DMC afterburner once its burned out is LOUD....cut your silencer off that's LOUD..lol

i had a dmc alien that the can was cut down to 8'' and it was the loudest i have ever heard and only seemed to make top end power

why would you want a loud pipe all loud pipes do is cause problems and get our rideing areas taken away.:rolleyes:

I have no clue why he wants a loud pipe! He said he is only going to use it on his track at his house.

hetrick racing has an exhaust for the 400 and ive never heard a pipe that was louder

Tell him the stock exhaust is the loudest... Ur friend is stupid... all he is doing is getting our places to ride taken away and making his neighbors mad. And if you believe that he is just gonna ride on his track hes lie'n. I have a track... they get boring then you go ride somewhere else.
But in my honest opinon HMF is the best for sound quality and loudness, but for just straight up loudness hetrick racing is the way to go.

ya ive been kicked out of a few places. they told me im not allowed to ride on the fourwheeler roads in town bc its to loud. and i have the hmf

Without silencer on stock is it pretty loud?

im not talking about the quiet core in the stock muffler..... im talking about taking the entire muffler off then you tell me if you want a louder pipe then that

I also HAD a DMC Alien on my 400ex, for a few years actually, it was extremely loud, and it was even recently re-packed. I did cut it down about an inch a few years ago, I dunno if that had anything to do with it, but I doubt it. It did give a lot of top end power, as I suspect it's basically the same thing as running a "straight-pipe". it was the loudest pipe I've heard on a 400ex.

it's not the cleanest and prettiest looking pipe, it will shime with some elbow grease, but if he's interested in it I'll make you a good deal on it, let me know

i have a HMF and its loud. we own 350 acres so its not a problem with my neighbor cause i dont have any...its great!

Your friend is dumb, I had a TC racing exhaust and it was terribly loud.

all aftermarket pipes are loud if you compare them you really wont notice a difference get the pipe you like the best for performance and sound you wont be dissapointed

well put. i dont think that loudness matters. the whole point of an aftermarket pipe is for performance. i mean some of the best pipes are the loudest but thats not y they are the best

yes who cares about the loudest but the thread was

i would think that the shorty and dmc are the the loudest
