went riding today and my third gear works but keeps slipping in and out all other gtears work fine, looking for someone to tear this down and fix it for me, i have 2 spars set of gears and forks for the tranny, but have no idea what im getting into. if anyone is near terre haute indiana, let me know. or i can shipp motor to someone with a reputation, so i dont get screwed and dont get my motor back.

it would be best if you don't want to do it to take it to a shop or a dealer and have them do it

Save your money, don't take it to the "local" shop or they will rape you. A good manual cost about $35 and will walk you through step by step. This is not a very complicated job with basic metric tools.

sounds as tho the shift fork is bent or the dog gear has rounded off. as mentioned. the shops are gonna break it off in ya. if your mechanically inclined at all i'd try and get a manual and do the repair yourself.
