im gunna be getting rear hipers 8x8 for my 450r soon...jus curious to see wht offset i should get....im also getting a +4 axle and want to be as close as possilbe to 50"

3+5 should be the standard offset for the rear, unless you are buying some used integrated hubs i'm not sure of the offset on those.

why are you getting 8x8. i would get 9x9, and 4 to 1 will be the best handling rim. may not make you as wide but it will make you turn better

Thats funny but on the note at hand 9x9 would be better more choices on tires but if you are getting a good deal on the 8's then buy them. Erik

If you are going to do MX then the 8's are fine, I have 9's so i can run tires for different types of racing, I do G.P. mx racing 8 to 10 mile long tracks with rocks and trees as well as desert and some regular mx track stuff so i switch between tires in the rear, the fronts i have two sets one for the track and another for desert type racing.

Get 3x5 8x8 for mx

Get the 8X8 wheels. Every tire I've seen designed for mx racing only comes in an 8 inch rim. You will have a very limited choice of tires in a 19x9 dimater. The best combo is a 18x10x8.

For mx an 8" rim with a 18" tire is the way to go.

18" with 9" wheels look like and handle like *** for MX.
