Ant took a digger at the last WPSA race and was flown out. A broken collarbone and some issues with his noggin but he is on the road to recovery! Get well soon knucklehead from all of us here!

Thanks everyone, one correction to Pappy's post they called for the chopper and landed it then were able to get him stable, so his ride to the hospital was via the squad. Very scary and I hope I never have to go through that again nor would I want anyone else with kids that race have to experience it.
If anyone knows someone who may of got a pic or some video it happened sat in the 1st b qualifier he was running in 3rd #11 on a black 450r it happened over the triple triple he came up a little short. sure wish he would have optioned for the double double double by-pass option, there was only 1 or 2 other b riders even hitting the triple triple but such is racing just glad he's ok, myself on the other hand will never be the same when he hits the track again

Is this the same crash that left Randy Richman with a broken hand? Sucks for Randy, he had a comfortable points lead and was looking to wrap up the B championship when someone landed on him.

I might be wrong but I think he got hurt racing 16-24, when Ant crashed he was running 3rd, 1st 2nd & 3rd were tight and 4th place was about 5-10 seconds back, so nobody else was involved

I am pretty sure it happened during the B qualifier, my dad seen it happen and said it looked pretty bad.

Sorry he wasn't filming or taking pictures at the time because I was getting ready for my race...

The Nielsen family wishs him the best of luck and a speedy recovery, its sad to see something like that happen to excellent riders such as Ant.
