I use a 155 main, but I'm at sea level with high humidity. Maybe that might help you start off.

I'm running a 155 and a 40. No airbox lid and a uni filter also.

yea i would start with a 152 - 155 main with a 42 pilot,

and then fine tune the air/fuel mixture screw

how much would changing the pilot make for me? I guess I have a stock pilot. I run a 155 main. I tried moving up to a 165 when I drilled the holes for the uni inserts, but it was too much. I have a 160 in there now, but when I get some free time Im going to go ahead and take it out and put my 155 back in.

the 42 pilot is good because it helps these bikes start ALOT easier in cold weather, and it will help elimate popping on decel.

its definatly worth the time

i put the same pipe on as you and everyone said to put a 160 main and a 42 pilot and it works fantastic. i run just a little above sea level. I also checked my spark plug after running it a bit and it's perfect so if i were you i would try that.

im running a 162 main jet with a stock pilot and i couldnt be happier with it. it didnt smoke or anything until the rings went out:ermm: but it didnt spit and pop at all and the plug stays clean
