How to tell if rad is still good??

My rad got knocked by the plastic pretty hard after my crash and a the first row of fins is completely crushed and a bit of the second row. There are no leaks but when I had my quad idling in the shop today it seemed like it got pretty hot but the fan didn't come on either.

What do you think?

you can get it pressure tested.
