250r for 250X?

Would anyone consider trading a 250X(maybe a 300 ex) for an 86 250R here?
I need a decent running quad for a friend of mind and always wanted a 250X. My R is mostly stock, I have a low hour engine thats ported and set up for the woods,Hinson clutch basket, forged rod, some other stuff.The engine is in a plastic crate and will need to be installed, I have other spare parts too. That's exactly what I'm looking for, what do you think your 300's worth? I really cant afford to throw any money in.
