hey i need some go fast goodies. but i am on a budget. i was thinking off a cp 12:1 piston. any ideas. my friends yfz is getting some stuff done. he wont tell me for a couple reasons. but i am guessing a new crank, piston and i know he is getting hotcams, but i know he was fast before but will be real fast after. oh i also know it is all gytr stuff. so i need to get some cheap power soon. any recomendations.

HP costs money. How fast can you afford to go?

well i can probably go 200. i just need some ideas and maybe talk the old man into it and then get it that way. i think my best bet is a new piston.

For 200 you can't get much. You could maybe get an aftermarket filter and rejet. Anything else would be more then 200 bucks.

Are you goin to put the piston in yourself. If not it will be more then 200 bucks more then likely.

Forget about that ScaryFast stuff, it's been proven a waste of money.

First off, what quad do you have? What do you have done to it right now? If you're talking about a YFZ I would recommend doing the cam mod (free), Pro Design intake, and a slip-on pipe. That will get you the most bang for the buck.

What type of riding/racing are you doing? If you're talking about racing I would much rather spend money on suspension to go faster. You'll find yourself going much faster on a stock quad with good suspension than a high HP quad with stock suspension.

Some of us have the signatures turned off because it takes up too much room and causes the pages to load slower. That's why it's usually helpful to just post your information anyway.
