Since we are critiquing, that is one gawd-awful ugly bumper.

I dont have any pics of just the bike but o well. I was thinking either laker or maier plastics, black rear blue front with black hood. frame is going to be gusseted and PC'ed trans blue. Swinger and nerfs PC'ed textured black to match the a-arms. DFR seat cover and AC stadium front bumper to top it off. what do you think?:blah:

Sweet wheeler, i like the plain look. , i think it would look sick with some fullbore plastics, or maybe even some graphics....

Almost perfect! I would change the swingarm to blue likes the rest of the frame and a new exhaust. What color blue is that?


As for mine for the winter rebuild, all new plastic. Basically the same color body execpt for white front and rear fenders and maybe black or white fork covers. Candy blue frame or gloss black. Black rims. And to top it off, these (http://www.motosport.com/offroad/productDetail.php?prodId=285411&cartItemId=3201302&sMMY=YAMAHA;YZ125;2003) graphics and seat cover. How do you all think it would look?

well... if you took of the bumper, and everything made my Polaris, and replaced them with quality products, it wouldnt be a bad bike :D

Pro design foam filter kit
+4 advanced timing
Tires (badly)
Tors removal
Parking brake removal
Also want to get rid of all the junk on the handle bars
After all that then ill do suspension
Im going to go with all silver plastic race cut up front with red handle bars the rad cover thats on it well stay and im also going to keep the tank covers black

anybody have about 8 grand i can borrow :chinese: :devil:

I agree, get your front rims powdered black, it would look even better. Also maybe change up your front number plate it seems too big or something and takes away from the rest of it. otherwise, its sweet,

If it bugs you that bad, then ignore the thread, otherwise quit your whining on here. Some people want to hear what other people think of their time and work. This also allows people to share there ideas on what would look unique. Im not sure what your problem is, or why your so against peoples input, but your negativity does nothing for you but make you look like a prick.

I think the only thing we would change on LILQJ's mini would be Flexx bars for sure...Maybe dif wheels(not a fan of hipers so much anymore) something light....OH... and a new Monster seat cover.

My lil man Brandons would be more in the more than anything like maybe some porting...
I have never liked the stock bumper,so maybe ditched that and also some flexx bars. Everything else was done this winter so I think everything else looks OK???

heres mine its all stock.....im thinking about painting the white black the once i get some money black out the rest of the quad..already got tires..and am going to get dmc pipes and pro-taper bars and nerf bars soon hopefully...anyone have anyideas on anything else to do??
because im not stuck on blacking it out also kinda want something eye catching...

That front end looks a little wide to be a XC quad.

The races we do are MX style long courses 8 to 10miles long 45min races with rocks,trees,washes, mx jumps and so fourth so i run the big tires to clear the obsticles, and we also do some 20 mile long 1 hour desert races. and my friend works for ROCKSTAR so that's how i end up with the stickers.

I actually am working on a mold of that hood, we had a damaged one and made a mold of it and are making some small changes to it i will keep you updated.

yea i only use them on muddy or cold races. I acually hate them, but they keep my hands dry/warm.
