I have read where people say that this can not be done but I would like to know what prevents the 400 swing arm from fitting the 300. When I measure the width of the frame where the pivot bolt goes they are both 9.5 inches across. I am just wondering where the problem is or is it more to do with shock mounting?

You Can do it! But you need some extra parts to space the bearing sleeves, I have made these in the past for two local riders. Bob@MeszMoto

How much do you charge for these spacers? I would like to try putting one on my 300 EX. Right now I am up to having a shop weld an extension to my stock swing arm or just adding a new one. I would like to add 2" but I really want to extend it 3".

I wouldnt have a local machine shop do it If i was you! it is important to get it perfect or it will throw your drive line off! Mac Racing does it for about $120 and they do a perfect job,,,and they have a lot of experience doing it!!

Meszaros Motorsports is not a local machine shop, We have twenty plus years in the business. All of out products are the best quality you can buy at a fair price! The price for the spacer was cheep because I was just helping a EX'er. Bob @ Meszmoto
