I recentally got a stock 300ex and would like to know what i should put on it. I want great suspention and i want it to be VERY FAST. I want to race it, next year. So i guess like i need to build an mx 300ex. So please can someone tell what i should get on it.

P.S. I don't have a budget.

Thanks.

well i would start with
a pipe ( curtis sparks or hmf full system)
k&n air filter
ehs air box lid
14 tooth front sprock
aftermarket cdi

as for suspension i would go with +2 a-arms with (axis or tcs or motowoz shocks)
lonestar adjustable axle

then if you want to dig into the engine
11:1 piston
webcam (you would have to pick the one you want for where you want the power)
hard face rockers

if thats not enogh i would go with a 330 or 350 bore kit

then i would get some skid plates (pro-armor) and nerfbars

and a kill switch

some handle bars (faast flex)

i think thats it

trust me that there will be pretty expensive.. but you said you had no budget

;)

his motor stuff sounds good but with suspension if i didn't have a budget like in my dreams i would get +3 400ex a arms or +2 450 that might be wat he ment and 450r PEP shocks and in the rear get a PEP shock with a +2 swingarm from jb or lonestar i don't have PEP's but all the kids that win in the youth production class have them thats y i said PEP rather than axis and the other shocks and just send the motor to sparks and say make it fast and he'll do it u won't get it back for a few months unless your loaded like it sounds then he'll get it back to u pretty quick

i would go with TC motor and exhaust. then since you dont have a budget get PEP shocks or Axis, with roll design a-arms or walsh a-arms.

i would only go lt for the front end those stockers and most aftermarket shocks just dont get the job done, simply u need more travel than what u got, there are companies out there now willing to build lt a-arms for the 300ex

If you want to race your 300 in a local series or national events i dont think you can go higher than 300cc. So i would not advise you to put a 330 kit in it.

heres some pics of my bike. you can see i have elka shocks with jb racing a-arms awsoem setup

ATVMASTER when you selll your polaris trailblazer you can worry about your 300ex. In youth production royce's slip on pipe on his 300 could take every kid on there u need to be a good racer. They all have full piped blasters thats it u dont need anything i dont thinku'll even hit the jumps lmao

Depends on the series. It's about 50/50. Some require max 300cc. Others are max 350cc. He should look up the limitations for any series' he plans on running.
