300ex teather kill switch wiring??

can someone post how to wire a teather kill switch for a 300ex?

the way i did it on my 400 was i took apart the start/kill/headlight switch and found the kill switch wires and ran em to my tether switch

Splice the plunger wire into the wire running from the CDI to the coil. It should be in a " T ". Dont cut the wire. Simply remove some of the insulating sleeve and solder the kill wire to the low voltage coil wire.

Ground the other to the frame.


Done.

It simply dumps power to ground so you don't have enough juice for the coil to produce enough voltage for the spark to jump across the plug.

i spliced them into the killswitch wiring. was very easy and the regular kilswitch still works.
