i think it depends on where you are and if you need the title to sell it or if you have the title go for it i sold my old (03) raptor and im still paying on it on the yamaha card i dont think honda is any different but i dont know for sure

im pretty sure you can. As long as there getting the money it shouldnt be a problem.
