Has anyone taken their stock baffle out and rejetted? What jeting are you guys using. My friend has his quad completly stock but he took out his exhuast baffle and now when he eccelerates his quad bogs.

what year is it? 04-05 or 06-08.

Ok On Mine I Ran It Like That For For Bout A Week Till I Got My New Exhaust But All I did Was Change The Main Jet To A 172 And Took The Air Box Lid Off And It ran Pretty Good There. You Could Prolly Start There.

Sorry It Was A 178 Main Not A 172. It Might Be A Little Rich At 178 Though.

Cool thanks. I'll try that on his bike. But he should be getting a new exhaust pretty soon.
