Anyone running 06/07 HRC kit with Rossier?

Did you notice a good power increase and did you have to do any re-jetting or were you just able to bolt it on and run?

It's Not worth it. The stock can with the HRC insert is best for power. Honda's engineers know what there doing.

yea they know what their doing so much they figure lets give them a ****ty restricted cam so they can spend another $300+ on a kit instead of giving it to them in the first place .......

Well I just called Rossier to see if they had done any dyno testing or anything and the guy I spoke with ensured me you still pick up a decent amount of power with their exhaust combined with the HRC kit. He said they have done dyno testing to back it.

The Rossier won't do much for it. A little better throttle response, but that is it.

I ran it without rejetting and it ran a tad lean. I would go up just a slight bit on the main.

What research and dyno testing have you done? Can you post graphs for comparison?

Every other dyno graph I have seen proves your statement to be 100% false and misleading!

But you are the 20 yr old mechanic, so I am all ears! :devil:

I am also all ears, Wouldn't mind proof explaining why I wasted my money. There are dynos somewhere that have a similar comparison of this if I remember correctly. Maybe on the other site????

Well, I know for a fact on 1 particular bike (Brian from WPP Racing) with the RE pipe and motor mods, he pulled 46.8 HP with the RE with good torque. So if you call that a waste........I will waste my money anyday!

I have the 06 w/hrc and rossier,
with the hrc header it was pretty quiet (close drag races sucked because you couldnt hear it)

after the rossier it sounds amout a million percent better and the throttle response is great, just a blip of the throttle and its gone.

as far as a dyno I cant say it is "x percent increase"

but the butt dyno says whoooooop whooooooooop

its not as much increase as stock to hrc but you will notice it.
(I think mine may still be a little lean with 165 main)

Not to mention the stock can is a little hefty and an aftermarket can cut down some weight, I have an 06/w HRC cam and a BIG GUN exh and it runs great, i did bump my main to a 170 and thats it everthing else is outa the kit in the carb. If you buy the kit just sell the headpipe on ebay and use the rest of it.
