I'm going to guess that this thread will be accurate for another 5 or 6 posts. Then someone adds a few lbs to their number, by the 2nd or 3rd page, people will be adding more than a few. Same thing always happens in these threads.

Deadlift Max(1x): Don't know, don't do it! I'm not a Powerlifter so I don't care. It has to be one of the worst exercises.

and i'm only 5"10"
bench max(1X) 275
squat max(1X) 350-360 the best i've done is 360 but i was pretty angry that day since then i've only done 350
deadlift max(1x) 420
i absolutely love being strong and i just got a full ride to a smaller college in connecticut for track and field and football and yeah i have pretty strong back and legs but thats because they are by far the most important part of your body in track and field

Age-Old enough to be your dad

Weight-180# but could be porportioned better

Height- Short enough to know my limitations

Bench Max(1x)- Try to keep it one project at a time on the bench but not very successful

Squat Max(1x)- once a day if the diet's right

Deadlift Max(1x)- not into lifting dead stuff but try to keep it a shovel full when I do

Weight - Featherlite class

Bench Max(1x) - I don't get into situations where I have to lift heavy stuff off of me.

Squat Max(1x)- Sometimes I do diddly-squat... to it's MAXIMUM .

Deadlift Max (1x) - According to the news reports ... he was 185lbs. :D

In all honesty , I haven't been to the gym since I was in grade 10 of highschool . If soemthing is too heavy , I call my buddies over and let them do the lifting . That's why I have big friends . :devil:

I'm really surprised at some of these numbers (the ones I believe, anyway).

Benching 200, but only squatting 250? Or benching 250, and only squatting 295?!?

Way back (when I had to walk 5 miles through the snow uphill both ways to school), my squat max was at LEAST 100lbs larger than my bench. Everybody's was. The only people that couldn't squat at least 100bs more were those with knee injuries.

The most I ever benched was 215 (or maybe it was only 205), but I could squat dang near 400.

idk about anyone else but i had somewhat of an excuse. during the winter i had an injured hip so i didnt do much squating...

So not true, Great back and quad/hamstring excersise, single handedly one of the best core excersises.
