Do the front shocks have the piggyback clamps? How much for the front and a pep rear shock? Will the rear shock work with a 07 linkage?

The front shocks do have the piggyback clamps. As far as either of the rears working with a 07 linkage I do not know. All of these was set up by Mark Baldwin. The fronts are for the Walsh arms and the rears was set up on the Houser and the Leager.
