Jetting on a now stock 400ex with a HMF SS

Elevation is about sea lvl and temp ranges from 70 to 90. What jetting set up will i need with a stock 2007 400ex with a hmf ss mufler anyone plz?

It also came with a Keihin 165 main jet.

air filter brand? box lid on?
i have the same set up but run a twin air and hole in the lid and its like this-
-160 K main
-38 K (stock pilot)
-clip 1 notch down on stock needle
-2 1/4 turns out on a/f screw
mines close (slight richness) but get a lean mis fire sometimes around 1/4 throttle....think im going to go to a 40 pilot for the cure
and maybe to a 155 or 158 main to be dead on :devil:

Everything stock now and air box lid on with no holes cut.
