thats all BS. and a poor representation of various countries..

obviously, most were wealthy for the area they live in..

all but one of those pics would be a months worth of food for my family of 4..


images like that give the wrong idea about how "bountiful" some countries have it.. i sure as h311 dont have the kind of income to support that type of gluttony..

Those actually look like pretty accurate numbers. My girlfriend and I probably spend about $100 a week in groceries ... it wouldn't take long for a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 teenagers) to spend $300 or more a week.

In those pictures , you can tell which families lower their expenses by eating foods that are plentiful in their country or that they prepare themselves . The family from Ecuador has a lot of bananas which are bountiful in the country( pick them off the trees). The family from Mexico has a lot of fruits ( which they can easily pick anywhere).
