hey
Anyone read in dirtwheels that Yamaha is goin to put a 450 engine in a quad frame and put it into production ?
I think that would be awsome
It was in the December issue
Anybody else have info on this ???

do you mean honda not yamaha , i got the mag right here and on page 10 they mention a liquid coold honda 450 with an aluminum frame :D

and by the way the shootout btwn the z440 and the ex 440 is so bias, look at the parts they use on the z and the parts on the ex and you tell me why the z one hands down. dirtwheels is a scam, they must be taking money under the table from suzuki. how do you test suspension on both...and put full front and rear works on the suzuki and just front on the ex and test em as equal, i wanna just smack the damn editors and writers over there :grr :grr

Yeah, suzuki is probably paying them a ***** load of cash to keep letting them win all the shootouts. Probably the same reason that they're saying that the new kawi 700 is going to be an awesome race quad even though it weighs like 450lbs.

i've been doubting dirtwheels and other mags for ages. Its all a bunch of crap. I mean they can give you a little bit of good info but this forum is about a million times better. peoples honest opinions, only thing is you gotta watch out for goof kids.

i mean yamaha
there gonna use a frame similar to aftermarket frames
