Ok heres my question. Would a standard 250R beat a stock 400EX. By standard I mean piped and what not you know your usual 250R

My piped 250r is alot faster than my friends piped 400ex. Theres no comparison.

uhhhhhhhhhh, some pros and many non pros race 250rs. if not its a hybrid based 250r. 250r's will be here forever. you still see more 250rs at the track then the out dated 400ex's :rolleyes:

nononono.... what i meant was that in a drag the EX might as well just sit there and let the 250R go cause it will kill the 400EX

hhaaha you guys are funny, a stock 250r is faster than a stock 400ex..but its not by much, and on the track, a 400ex get twice as much traction, so it even if not in the 400s favor there, unless its a wide open track...if you call the 400ex outdated, the 250r might as well be made of stone

I have had both and let me tell you my there is no comparison. The 250 is so much more powerful...it is rediculous...

all stock vs. all stock they are all not all that much different the 250 is just a lil faster. Start moddin them and u'll find the 250r just keeps getting faster and faster without spending nearly as much for hoppin a 400 up.

my buddies 250r is crazy fast. my pretty stock 400ex motor with filter, 110 octane,and rev kit stays with it up to 3rd then that 250r is gone in a drag race. Motocross tracks or any track its the riders skill so you cant really compare there

stock and stock thier pretty close 250r will pull on the top end but thier pretty close......you guys know a stock 250r isnt all that great

An R will definatley beat a 400 stock for stock. A piped R against and piped 400...no comparison, the R has much more.
Everyone says the R is outdated, In my opinion (and MANY others) The 400ex is the much more outdated one :rolleyes: :D

really, an R is less outdated than a 400, if u think about it, an R has an invention, its called WATER COOLING, now unless im blind, a 400 dont hav that, anyway

stock R's can pull piped 400's, depending on pipe, seen it at a track and in some drags
