07' 450r jetting

on my 07' 450er... i have an HMF full system... airbox is stock, lid is stock... i have it jetted at 162 main and 48 pilot... i didn't touch the fuel/air screw or the needle, but it breaks up top end...

any suggestions welcome..

try taking off the lid. you have the hrc main jet in there that is supposed to be with the airbox lid taken off. give that a try and see what happens.
