how do you make a picture smaller because it says file too big hen i try to post one

You need image resizing software.

www.irfanview.com

Very easy to use program and less than 1 meg in size.

Simply d/l the program
>Open IrfanView
>>Open your pic that needs resizing
>>>Goto Image
>>>>Hit Resize/Resample
>>>>>Then resize accordingly
