MX ride hight? LSR frame

what should be my ride hight for MX racing with me (175lbs) on the bike i messure in front off my foot pegs from ground up to the skide pan and up front in front off the nerf bar mounts to the frame. I have +3 T-pin 19 in front tires and 18 in rear and cr500 NO LINK LSR frame

Just curious what a CR500 link LSR no link frame is? Pretty sure that doesn't even exist, unless you fabbed up mounts for either kind of set up..

i have a lsr frame no link and swinger and the shock is the same as my cr 500 link other than the botom end off the shock is the same on both ends
