How Do You Mount Powermadds on Flexx Bars?

I was going to buy a set for cheap but my handguards wouldnt fit and my killswitch. There was no room at all. Can someone get some pictures for me for a 400ex preferably? Thanks!!

I put my kill switch on the bottom where the bars clamp to the stem.

thanks, I just couldnt seem to find any room when I was trying to put them on. Could it be that they were from a dirtbike and the bend was shorter or something?

I had to do the exact same thing as in the pic on a 06 400EX.

could it be that i had not wide enough bars? that they were a quad bend instead of a dirtbike bend? What is the closest bend to cr high? I am thinking of buying another set, hopefully everything fits.:o

With the Flexx bars there is about 2 - 2.5 inches less due to the way they are made. Look at the pic a minute 'cause its going to be the same on every set, the fat black part cuts down on mounting space.

I dont know how you did it nicker? When i put mine on i had to no room on each sides just for the powermadds and i couldnt fit the killswitch where you did? What the heck could i be doing wrong? I did have the clamps needed to use a stock stem though. Wonder if thats the problem somehow.

on mine I put it on the bottom bar(where it mounts to the stem) and used to hose clamp to keep it on the bar, it didn't fit a 1 1/8 bar. the cr kill switch is what is mainly used, the tether is there just in-case its needed.

i wonder if it has something to do with your grips? like how long they are? my powermadds fit fine, it was close but they fit. the 14 degree bend is closest to cr high, i believe. make sure you cut off the spacer thing on the throttle housing that spaces the throttle housing from the brake.
