Help please, making pictures smaller

If someone could please help me. My photo size is too big to post on here. Does anyone know how i can change the size? Thanks for any help

Open up the program paint on your computer. Then go to File>Open and find where the picture is that you want to downsize. Once its open go it Image> Resize/Skew and change the numbers for the resize to about 50% vertical and 50% horizontal. You should now be able to post your picture :p
