300ex definatly. it is a good beginner quad and you wont get tired of it. then when you are ready to go faster just get a pipe and rejet it.

yea the raptor and warrior as the same.. except for the resale value.... its all ancient technology

the raptor 250 has its goods and bads,, for example its light (315 or somthing dry)

bad- 2 valve engine and personally i dont think it will respond well to mods..

not trying to argue.. just giving my honest opinion

if ya get the 250 make sure ya get the black one that way you can put on the graphics yourself  :devious:

the rappy 350 is not really the same *** the warrior, they changed the engine a lil and frame mods to make it lighter but it still strugles to move couse its so heavy and my best bud had one and it sucks balls i love the 700r but the 350 is a turd , il go with teh 300 man trust me

My Dad used to have a 300EX and its what i learned how to ride on back when i was 8 or 10 ish. Probably one of if not THE best clutch quad to learn on. Extremely easy to drive and reliable as hell.

I personally think the warrior is just....Nasty... I'd get a 300EX all day long over a warrior.

Curious, why not consider a 400EX? Just a thought.

i have a raptor 350 and it was the first quad i got i like it a lot i think its a good learning quad and you can beat a 300 ex.....if you wanted to make the 300 ex go fast itd be better to just buy a 400. with the raptor youll just need a few things and youll be able to keep up with the rest and it also looks better too..

Raptor 250, honda300extreme says tht it will not do well with upgrades, it will the 350 has 2 valves as well. It still runs circles around the Quadsport 250, 250EX, 300EX, with the heavy weight on tha 350, tha 250 will beat it in acceleration, but in top speed probably not, if u want to know anything else just send me a message

250

We have both and both are completely stock and the Raptor 350 smokes the 300 all day long. I have ridden them both and do not like how the 350 shifts really long throw compared to my 450r. Both have reverse and both are a pain to use. The Raptor is alot more comfortable. As far as upgrades I really havent looked around yet.
