Cracks in frame?

Has many people had their frame crack in this area right under the gas tank? Or could it just be flex marks in the paint.

Mine split in half like that on both sides. I took a piece of 1 inch steel tubing and split it down the middle. Then I put it over the rail and welded it on.

they all do it. time to have your frame gusseted and powdercoated.

Mine did it 6 months after I installed the Bare kit. If you gusset it make sure you add the pipe like I did. I haven't had any problems since.

ouch! you found the dreaded crack. Thats the most common break. I took care of mine before it happened. See the guesset?
