how do you know how fast to hit say a table top or a double on an mx track?:confused:

follow someone that has hit them before and copy their speed. or you can just go over then and slowly progress your speed until you clear them.

just hit the jump easy a few times and get ur speed dialed in for what u think u need on a table top theres nothing to really case it on but be weary on them doubles!... :devil:

Go over them slowly first then work your way up when you get comfortable with the jump.

start with table tops get the landings down. learn how to correct yourself. then hit the doubles. watch and ride with people that ride mx its the best way to learn.
